Way over priced and they won't work with you they make it seem like they'll do anything to help u save money a low interest rate and monthly payment ... Nope they won't and don't ... You would have better luck getting blood outta turnup ... Watch'm they got that silver tongue and to be honest all that smoke they blow up the rear end of the people that walk on that lot I'm surprised someone ain't dun got cancer from it

I recently had a complete brake job done at a repair shop in Northern Virginia. While traveling through Lexington on my way home, my car stopped working. Turns out, the brake screws weren’t tightened properly and my car was extremely unsafe. After asking a few locals, they insisted that Magic City Ford Lexington was the reputable shop in the area, so I had my car towed to their location to have it diagnosed. Ryan and JR were wonderful – I’m so grateful that they found the problem and fixed my car that very day. An honest repair shop with good mechanics is hard to come by these days, and I’m so appreciative of their diagnosis and brake repair so my car is safe to drive again. Thank you!

Just before I stopped for the night in Lexington, almost all the warning lights came on in my 2011 Subaru. I took it by the Ford dealership on the off-chance they could tell me what was wrong, and whether it was safe to drive it to the Subaru dealer in Roanoke. They could not have been nicer! They ran diagnostics as best they could, made a guess as to what was wrong, and sent me on my way. AND.... They were right! It was a minor problem that the Subaru dealer fixed. Thanks, guys!
