Absolutely love County Line Collision. Always a pleasant experience. I bought a new to me car that had stickers all over it. Rich peeled off the stickers and removed the sticky residue! Great customer oriented shop!
Wednesday passed. Thursday passed. Late Friday afternoon I got a call from them saying that my car was ready. I called back and, surprise!, they were gone for the weekend already! On Monday I went to pick up my car and noticed that there was still damage to the side mirror. At first the owner denied that the insurance inspector included on the report anything about fixing the mirror. When I pressed him, he took a look at the report and, sure enough, there it was. Worse than that, he had actually billed me for the work that was supposed to be done on the mirror but wasn’t.
I had a great experience with County Line Collision. I had to take my car in to have my bumper repaired. They completed the repairs in a timely fashion. They detailed my car as part of the damage expenses paid out from the insurance company. My car has not been in this good of shape since it was purchased in 2004. Highly recommended!
Okay. Here comes an apology, right? Vindication? No. No apology, just a half-hearted assurance that he would “do the best he could” to have it fixed by the next day. Take your car anywhere but here.
That should have been enough for me to go elsewhere, but in this town of limited options I left my car there with them. At no point during the two weeks that they were working on my car (read: letting my car sit in their parking lot) did I receive a call from them. I had to follow up with them myself even to see what their initial feelings were about what exactly was damaged and how long the repair would take.
The staff here are awesome. One of the best experiences I have had after a vehicle accident highly recommend
When I first walked in, the owner and first person the customer sees said nothing. He looked up at me from his desk with an annoyed look on his face, waiting for me to tell him what I wanted.
Best place to take your car in the county too get it fix and done right
During one of my follow up calls, I asked them when the work would be done, to which they replied: “Wednesday, or Thursday at the latest.”
