This place was great, there were 12 of us, and had 2 gatherings with over 20 people at each, for my mothers wedding, it was great there was plenty of room to have multiple ages gather and do different things. The building out back with the ping pong table was great, 2 things I would suggest for out there, 1 electricity, and 2 the first step is kind of dangerous, in the dark, especially if you have had a few drinks (and if you are short). The only other thing I would suggest is a larger hot water heater, we managed with only one shower. A few of us got cold showers the day of the wedding, when we all had to take showers about the same time, that is expected with 12 people so no big deal, but it was impossible to take a bath in the Jacuzzi tub, the hot water ran out before it was full enough to enjoy and keep warm.
