Used to use the office in Forest VA before it just shut down overnight, did not get a refund on the pets that were currently enrolled for the remainder of the time, now we have moved to another state, requested records for ourselves and for our new Vet and the first person I spoke to said they would email them to me, I let our vet office here in WY know that. I called back today spoke to a person who was not professional at all, was very short and blunt and said the one pet in question was never there. after less than 1 min. Needless to say no follow up, and unprofessionalism.
