My wife and I could not be more happy with our wedding(07012017). We had our wedding at Irvine Estate. The view was amazing the weather turned out perfect. If there was anything we needed Jamie and the staff took care of us, even the day after when they were setting up for the next wedding. If you are looking for a venue to host any event, House Mountain Inn and Irvine Estate is your place, you won't be disappointed. Note: you will have limited cell service, so put your phone down and enjoy yourself and the people around!
I went to the House Mountain Inn for a wedding and the views from the venue are absolutely stunning. The Inn sits on top of a mountain and offers amazing views of the surrounding mountain range. The inn has a tons of flowers planted all over and a beautiful pavilion which were all utilized to make the photos really pop. This is the perfect wedding destination for any couple that wants to get married with a fantastic mountain view as a backdrop while they are reciting their vows.
My fiance and I stayed for two nights and it was absolutely amazing!! From start to finish the service was perfect. We stayed in the big mountain in suite which has its own hot tube on a private deck. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was super nice and mostly all in the family who owns the property, which I think made it feel that much more like a home away from home. !!!!The food was FANTASTIC!!! Breakfast and dinner we're very large on the portion side which was perfect because we didn't have to eat anywhere else for two days. We hiked the trail and the view where they have the lookout is absolutely breathtaking. Well worth the walk or I think they even do a tour of the property on the ATV. A lot to see and do within 15-30 minutes away. I also loved how secluded this place is but still within a reasonable driving distance to do anything. Seriously you go up a mile long paved "driveway" to reach both house mountain inn and Irvine estates which are owned by the same family. Also another beautiful place to stay and/or have weddings. So all in all we are definitely going back and would recommend this place over any other. For what you get in this stay, the price is very very reasonable. Trust me, I promise you will not be disappointed!!
Absolutely amazing. Gorgeous views, beautiful grounds, private mountain with hiking trails ( and bears!)
My family stayed at the cabin for 2 nights. Overall it was an amazing family trip. It was clean and looked like the pictures from their site. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the gravel road to the cabin had an area that was difficult for our regular cars to climb. There was concern of getting stuck. Also, we didn't know until arrival that you have to go through one bedroom to get to the other which doesn't sound bad, but we were with a 2 year old with sleep issues. Otherwise very pleasant. Would recommend.
